Anonymous's Review On St Joseph College Of Engineering, Chennai

Since I attended admission through Counselling,this was the college available for me. I had options between SSN COllege of Engineering (with only Chemical Engineering left), Sri Venkateshwara Engineering College and St.Joseph's. I have no interest in chemical engineering, so I dropped off SSN, and SVCE is far away form my hometown, So I opted for St.Josephs. Also there is another reason for choosing the college, as the college provides Non-Veg food 5 days a week, and also I had college bus facility from my hometown.

The course syllabus will be updated very week in our portals. And the study material will be provided by the staffs for every unit in our student portal. The faculties are very good. Until unless you don't sleep in class, you can get good marks. Even if you were not in class you can make use of the portal for the answers of the subjects. Getting pass in university exam is very easy considering the materials provided. For every semester from second we are been took outside for the industrial visit. As of that I think industrial exposure is also good. If you get failed in the internal exams you will be called for special class for the study holidays. A special care will be taken by the faculties for getting pass in the university exams

Only sport quota students and hostel students are allowed to play in our campus.We have separate ground for different tyoe of sports. Our campus is fully connected with WiFi. But the thing is students can't use the WiFi. its limited to staff members. Infact WiFi is installed all over the campus only to get accreditation from NAAC.
