College report

College is good in terms of management, faculties and studies but there should be little bit relaxed mode for the gate pass.

Regular classes are conducted by the college, and Exams is taken on monthly basis so that their will not be burden for final exams. Faculty members are present for doubt clearing. Cameras are installed by the college in each class room for the exam porpoise. Industrial visit has been conducted in 3rd and 4th year. In extra events has been organised where cultural and sports are their to show some talents. DJ night and many things are there so we can show some management skills and be a part of it.

In terms of placements college is pretty good but at present time COVID-19 has ruined the records. But when I was in 7th sem college has provided me a proper industrial train at 506 army based work shop Jabalpur. So that I can understand the industry life and enhance my profile and understand the working in better way. And as their is a boom in IT sector so many of the students has been placed, those who where interested in IT sector. And lastly yes college provides many seasons for placement by guest lecture and personality development course.

Techfire festival - In which all types of technical, cultural, management events has been organised. It is at inter college level where participants from different colleges are also come. It took for 3-4 days. In technical events there are robo war, roborace, quiz etc. In culture there are dance, acts, singing etc.

The fees is feasible as their is no extra fees for bus service or for library. Fees can be paid by cheque, demand draft, bank transfers, cash. Some additional fees are like uniform fees which is only in first year. Caution money which is refundable at the end for final year.

I do not get any scholarship. But there are some of them life the students who are financial week hence there are some or if the student is from low cast then there are some. I don't have much idea about it.

Gender ratio it may be around 7:10 and as I am from mechanical branch the ratio is 1:10. Extracurricular are many like sports facilities round for cricket and football. Labs are good and well maintained for my department as I don't know about others. Many competitions has been conducted at department level or college level. There is no politics in college as every thing is done under the faculty view. Ragging is strictly banned in college.

No college do not provide hostel. As the student are normally from the local so their is no need of hostel as college do not provide hostel facilities. Bus for students who come from different parts of the city college provide bus facilities for free.

Yes they are helpful but as I am very less attached to then or I can say very less connected with them so for me I have never taken any favour. But as I have seen they are friendly and good by nature and helpful also.

I got admission through management quota. Generally admission starts in between month of May to August. I was interested in mechanical engineering that's way I opt it. I was aware of the college culture and about the campus life placement record and faculty experiences thats way I selected this college. My process for the admission was by counselling by the merit list based on my 12th marks (Maths, Physics, Chemistry).

Facilities of the college are better then many colleges in the city. The are always ready to support and clear the doubts of a student not only in course but also in many ways like placements and for choosing the field. Faculty members of the college are also experienced and having a proper knowledge of subjects. They help in regards of industries so that one can choose better field and have a good comfort in future. So overall it is good company of faculties.
