Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course was tough for me as I did my B.A very easily with exposed knowledge. Here I have to listen and accurate the terms and law things inside the working atmosphere. The exams were for each semester every six months interval.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements were similarly the junior posting level at the beginning in many organisation level. Also we can act as government lawyer after the exams clearance. We could be specific in some law which helps us a lot. I got a civil lawyer posting in famous organisation during this year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee were very much less according to me. Also I have a great request to those who would like to join law course, You should work hard to crack the beginning entrance afterwards the course would be pleasant for you inside the campus with the facilities.

Campus Life

4.5

The extra activities are not compulsory but if we shine in any level of other than academics we can get the opportunity to work with the college team for sure. We do have many socio-economic clubs to create good things inside the campus.

Admission

I got selected in government quota for the college seat of the state. After completing the B.A course I applied for the LLB in our state colleges after seeing my marks percentage I hope to get a place in the college for the next 3 year course.

Faculty

4.5

The faculties we git were well trained and profession in their job very keenly. They do spend time in the courts to handle the cases so they keep on updating us very good in this changing world. They could be allotted a course each which they can stick to and teach.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus curicullam is actually prepared by the University of Calicut and the affiliation also goes to the University of Calicut. But I have a suggestion that just like B.tech the LLB must want a seperate university for the course. The syllabus and subjects are entirely different from university to universities.

The legal profession is a noble profession. Law was treated as the most powerful weapon in our society. So that's why I chose this course. I am very passionate about the legal profession. The teachers provide the fundamentals regarding the legal profession, that is how to read the bare act, how to answer questions in exams etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The academics are more inclined towards the litigation side. There is freedom to answer legal questions according to our interpretation, which is what the profession requires. Marks are not awarded to 'right answers', but to the quality of our interpretation of law. Teachers always teach about the latest developments of a particle section. Famous judgements as well as the latest judgements are taught. Prompt conduction of exams and publication of results. However, revaluation usually takes a couple of months.

The placement cell in the department is inactive, though efforts are being made to revamp it. A few companies approach the college under the recommendation of faculty and alumni, a few numbers of students are placed through these interviews. I intend to practice law under a senior lawyer or join a law firm, I have interned with.
