Remarks

Overall, the experience with the college has been very rewarding. Students from all kinds of backgrounds come here for education and the faculty is very accommodating and always puts the students first.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The nature of the course is a semester scheme and the syllabus itself is very rigorous and intends to develop students aptitude in computer science. There is a lot of emphasis on practical work, coding, etc.

Placement Experience

3

There is a placement cell and it works really hard to get students placements. However, competition is tough and it is there is rigorous interviews to get through to get a placement. The interviews themselves are usually a test of your practical knowledge.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee structure is lenient and considerate of the students. It is comparable to most colleges in Karnataka for computer-based courses. The fee for the first year is Rs. 20,190 and for the second year it is Rs. 16,640.

Campus Life

4.5

There are plenty of extra curricular activities to participate in, such as NSS, Dance Club, Drama Club, and so on. The NSS is very active and it is recommended to join, as the exercise regimen is very good. We recently celebrated the 16th Youth Festival and it was a very good experience.

Admission

the admission criteria is done on the basis of the marks scored in prior academics, such as Bachelors, 12th etc. The primary focus is on the overall CGPA/Marks obtained in Final year of Bachelors. You must have at least 50% in bachelors to apply.

Faculty

4

The faculty is experienced and extremely qualified. They have innovative ideas and are up to date with latest developments in the world of computers and help us be updated with the same too. There is a special emphasis on ICT based teaching and learning.

Our particular course dint had any placement drives. But now, from this year they do have for M.Sc. DAN students too. I think its a good move. Other culinary department students had 100% placements as claimed by the University. After getting degree i am interested in pursuing my Ph.D.
