Entrance Preview

TNEA. Fees is OK. Mechanical department is quite gud so I chosed here and which is nearby. I got 33 marks in entrance exam but if you have scored 4mark it's OK to get seat.

Course Curriculum Overview

They cover all the syllabus. So u need to push urself harder for university ranksDepartment hod named Mr. Ramanujam he was a nice person who helped students iI any occasion. Buy there are big Gap between management and students. Management have idiot body guards to threaten studentsmOtherwise college is cool. I learnt more in my college Days than any other season.

Internships Opportunities

I had undergone ongc one month internship buy it's because of me not on my college. LolThey don't provide internship because they don't have industrial links. And you have to try your own best to make useful.

Placement Experience

Placement is below average but they call company who gud ctc around 1.6lakhs per annumNow they are improving their best so it is recommended for basic level job opportunities only.

Symposium, Annual day, Womens day, Hostel day. Industrial visit. Tour. Actually in industrial visit most of us went to 2 industry having single day each. And Sunday Saturday for tour kind of thing.

Average only I don't have detailed information about that 60k per year Bus 20km=3000rs per Semester bus facilities are awesome guys Bet you no other college in that surrounding are provide like them

About sports zero sports they won't conduct sports day even when I studied. But cricket we played for team Regarding labs as I said. The laboratory inchargers are also so helpful guys who are willing to help students always.

Exam Structure

Very very strict guys. So daily basis exam will be there assignment, attendance, weekly exam monthly exam so your life is filled with exams only. Be prepared. But the best part is u will be given questions

Faculty

They are bit friendly. As I said early Mr. ramanujam, Mr. Sundar, Mr.hari are good staff and they hav loads of knowledge to give you unless you asked for it. The laboratory inchargers are also so helpful guys who are willing to help students always.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The network connectivity in girls hostel is poor
The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
