Remarks

Best college and best in location. Awesome view and study being close to the nature. To pursue in architecture. It will prepare me both intellectually and socially. Great.

Course Curriculum Overview

All faculties are quite qualified and very helpful with masters degree and considerable field experience. They give extra time for those who have problem in understanding. Some have masters degree from foreign university also. There is one Dean of the college who has more than 20 years of field experience. One HOD (Head of Dept) who also has more than 20 years of experience, 3 or 4 Associate professors, 7 Assistant professors, 3 allied faculties. In addition, 5 or 6 visiting faculties are also there.

Class Size: 17Course Fees: INR 104315 per year

Placement Experience

As I am in second year, I don't know exact figures about placements but as I have heard,most of our seniors are really good every year with most of students getting architecture firms all over India. All are doing well after passing out. Some of them have even started their own architecture & interior design firms. Many have opted for Masters.

Campus Life

Lot of cultural events take place in the college throughout the year. University also organizes many technical and literary fest in every session. World Heritage week, Annual Adamya Sports week, Freshers party, teacher's day etc. Journals and books are always available in library and it is well maintained . Classrooms have much space .

From pre final year students are eligible for campus internships, and final year students are eligible for placements. Around 400 companies visit our college for placement every yr. Name of companies: google, Microsoft, TATA, RELIANCE, ZOMATO, ACCENTURE, GAIL, HPCL, DE SHAW, FLIPKART, AMAZON, MEESHO, L&T etc. More than 90% students get placed from all branches Highest packages offered around 1Cr. We can get placed in government sector too after clearing exams We are also eligible to get seat in other IITs for higher studies with a CPI of 7.5

As my father is an foreman at a constrution site and he always shows me drawings of their site which motivate me to make this type of drawings so i choose Architecture. Some things should change is course curriculum as some subjects like structures should increase their credits bcoz of a more struggle to learn like architectural design. Their is good timing of exams but more days to take whole subjects. it took almost a month to complete 9 subjects exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate 4 out 5 as it is a hardworking subject or course. U need a good design skills and imagination skills and u have also aware with school subject like physics and maths. It is difficult to give exam of architecture as it use terminology .

Remarks:

This college is good for study purpose but not good for extracurricular activities or social life. This is a typical architecture school. Which only focused to the studies, Classes and attendance.

My Review

The college infrastructure is good and the campus is green with a lot of tresses. Mathur's is close to NCR and is a good tourist, religious and cultural place. There are old bazaars as well as modern shopping complexes. The architecture of Mathura is unique and has a very important place in history. Architecture course at GL Bajaj Mathura is famous as it is the only architecture college of the region.
