The college management is good. My suggestion is thst they should employ more practical knowledge on students as they are providing them with theory stuffs.

The teaching here is almost fully based on theory, though they have almost an equiped lab the practical that the students are provided with are not so brilliant. Being an electrical student I have got knowledge of my theory lessons and i was not so into the practicals because of the lack of practical that we got. We have got a mini industrial visit to a substation that was pretty useful.

Placements are available from this college. They also provide internship that would help students to get some practical knowledge.

Tech fest, College day, Arts day, Sports day, Symbosium, These all events are performed by the college every year. In addition to that college also conducts celebration and events on independence day, republic day and gandhi jayanthi. They also conduct cultural festival like onam there.

My fee is 60000 an year including bus service. Payments can either be done via banks or by paying it on the office. They take additional fees for text book. They provide transparency in fee breakdown. The fee structure for my course is 20k for my studies 10k for text book and 30k for van fees.

The college offers scholarship for tamil student's as well as students fro scheduled cast or sched6tribe if they are very good at their academics.

My campus life during the frst year was kind of boring and they were very strict since we were first year students. After the third year i felt so attached to the college and i am reluctant to leave the college. The college doesnt allow any kinds of student abuse such as ragging, sexual orientation or based on economic status. Though the standars are not upto the expectations a parent can willingly send their children to this college.

The hostel standards are very low as of my knowledge since i am a day scholar. The food they are providing are not so good according to my hostel friends. And they are charging almost 1lakh annually.

Alumni students from my college almost are settled by now. They have got good jobs. Some of them are abroad in ekectric fields and some of them got government jobs.

I opt for this course because even as a child itself i like to study about electronics. So my family supported me to go to this college. The factors that made me select this institution is my relative studied there and he got a job as soon as he cleared the course. The faculties of my department are so very supportive and encouraging in our studies. The classes are not so strict and we have our own freedom to ask and clear doubts. I dont think all the lecturers hold a certificate in their master degree, but some of them have took doctorate on their subjects.
