Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is pre-decided as this college falls under the university. It has covered almost all the important topics in physics, chemistry and mathematics. It is considered to be one of the difficult. The academic curriculum is designed well.
Placement Experience
The placement cell is active and continuously provides the students with helpful and internships full of experience. Placement scenarios are at the end of last year or final year exam. The placements are around 85% and the highest package goes around 8 lakhs per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fee structure is a bit on the higher side ie a bit expensive, I feel. The fees are Rs 90,000 per annum which makes it to Rs 360,000 on s total for a period of four years which is not very economical or affordable.
Campus Life
Good campus life, not very strict. Normal parties and friends are allowed to come in boys/girls hostel. Regular workshops and cultural events are well organized, moreover, students are given the freedom to participate in the organizing committee. Safe environment for girls around college campus as people also are cooperative and helpful. The gender ratio is 4:6 (G:B). No dirty politics or discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, or economic status. Infrastructure wise, the college has nice greenery and fresh environment, posh college buildings/labs/libraries but poor on sports ground.
Alumni/Alumna
All our college seniors were very cooperative and approachable not just within the college campus but also outside if any need arises. All the juniors were given nice treatments right from the first day of college. Never had an interaction with alumni outside the college, so can not comment on that.
Admission
The college takes in students through their scores in the JEE main exam. The cutoff is declared after the results are out and those who clear the cutoff set by the college are called in for counseling and there the admission procedure is discussed.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is very good and helpful. Every professor is helpful in nature and is friendly with students. Professors are highly qualified. They are very supportive and understanding and always go out of their way to help us.
