Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum was related to current industry standards that makes you best professional. Faculty members were well experienced and trained us in all areas. We had club activities to improve our technical skills. Association activities were awesome which was the right technology platform for us. We visited 2 industries per semester. Seniors conducted technical activities for juniors.

Placement Experience

The placement committee helped us with the Placement assistance - organizing off-campus and campus selection activities,mock interviews and enhance our personality development skills.Placements were quite good as compared to other college. Maximum MNC's will visit with the average package of 5LPA. Institution provide a lot of training to ensure you are placed in a best company.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible.There was also reduction for the first graduates with minimum of twenty-five thousand reductions for one year. No additional fees /charges were taken. They were giving scholarships for the students to encourage in their studies. I found the fee structure to be very reasonable.

Campus Life

Many cultural events took place to show case the talent of the students.The campus for extracurricular activities is well maintained. They also took us on industrial visit for practical understanding.They have 45 labs in the campus for practical exposure.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network and the senior students were and are still very helpful and active. I even joined the college by getting to know about the college through one of my seniors.During the internship process we met our seniors and learnt on how to get good project ideas and on how to select a company during placement drives, what are the precautions to be taken and how to present in final project reviews and so on.

Admission

I got admission through the counseling held at Chennai Anna University they select students based on their cut off marks. Then we will be allowed to select the stream which we want to pursue. I pursed BE Computer science.

Faculty

All faculty members are young and dynamic. They had good knowledge in their fields. All our faculty members are friendly. We were trained well for every semester. They provide QA, short notes which are useful to score good marks.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

Likes

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
