Course Curriculum Overview
IT curriculum was very comprehensive with enough focus on various aspects such as communication and entrepreneurship apart from regular syllabus. Computer labs could have been better. Advanced langauge could have been available to ensure in depth learning.
Placement Experience
Ample placement and job opportunities for IT, CS, EE,EC. From product based to services based there were ample options available to students. No companies come for internship.TPO helps through the complete process and is very supportive to ensure placement of all students
College Events
Mega event was annual fest which was our cultural celebration with students participating on various activities such as dance competition etc. We also had annual tech fest which also had inter college exhibition festivals.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible. However for the students who are below the poverty line or cannot afford, there is an option of waiving off one semester fees in a year. There is some waiving option for SC ST and OBC
Fees and Financial Aid
SC ST and OBC had scholarship available. This is as per the college policies. Also there was scholarship available for branch topper in RGPV merit list. Those who made it to the list also got some cash prize. This is state level scholarship.
Hostel Facilities
College didn't have it's own hostel neither had tie up with any vendors. Didn't avail it hence don't have much details. Nearby areas had a lot of options available from PG to sharing flats with food option.
Admission
Admission merit list was prepared based on the results of MPPET. I chose IT. Would have gone for business analytics if option would have been.
Faculty
Faculty was a mix of experienced and first timers. Though I feel that for subjects such as data structures and algorithms which require student to have much hands on and detailed knowledge could have been taught by a highly experienced faculty. We got a bunch of first timers teaching us this complicated subject
