Course Curriculum Overview
Each semester has one final exam and one mid-semester exam, for 100 and 50 marks respectively. We have basic engineering concepts in the first semester after that we are taught about department-related subjects.
Placement Experience
Many private companies come here for recruitment, those willing to go for jobs can apply and attend the interview, the placement wing trains us well in this part like developing soft skills and group discussion tactics.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Tuition fee- Rs. 4,500, other fees- Rs. 7,600, Library and lab- Rs. 2,400, Hostel charges- Rs. 7, 900, Mess- Rs. 4,500. (Per year). The fee increases by 10% every year, check the website during admissions to know the current fee.
Campus Life
This is a very friendly campus, there is no kind of discrimination among students of any kind. Extracurricular activities are given equal importance, we celebrate all national festivals and the college organizes a sports fest, an intercollege one, in which other Agri colleges also take part.
Hostel Facilities
There are hostel facilities for the students on a first come first serve basis, we have spacious rooms in sharing basis, food provided here is hygienic and tasty, we have a nice open space to relax or play during free time. Electricity and water supply are there 24/7.
Admission
I chose B.Tech.(Agricultural Engineering) during my counseling. There is no need for applying online, once you get to know about the admission dates from newspapers or local ads apply for it, the EAMCET score which is an AP government-approved exam, is mandatory for applying to this college, based on the marks you will be shortlisted and called for counseling.
Faculty
All the faculties are well-qualified intellectual staffs, we have a great time listening to their informative lectures. They are our role models and we aspire to be as knowledgeable as them, they help in that as well. Many of them are Ph.D. holders.
