CSE at ACET

The IT industry is flourishing daily. Keeping up with it, our course curriculum is regularly updated with the latest trends. Outsourcing is greatly focused on along with retention and development initiatives. Various labs are also made available to us like operating system lab, system software, computer networks lab, etc.

Regular aptitude and HR classes are conducted for final year students. In-plant training classes are arranged to develop practical knowledge. The college has ties with ORACLE and CISCO for which special training classes are conducted. The industrial knowledge is provided to our seniors by inviting guest lecturers and renowned industrial personas.

The fees for one semester is approximately 65000-70,000 which makes the total for 4 years approx 2.7-2.8 lacs. The fee is justified on par of excellence of facilities provided to us by our college which also holds a reputed status.

The college is conducive to the learning process. The infrastructure of the college is impressive with an area of around 1,25,000 sq. ft. Hi-speed internet facility is provided to us for surfing facilities. The hostel complex is also designed to provide comfort and convenience. The labs also provide operational skills. Sports and other cultural activities also continue around the year.

I filled an application form and submitted it to the college along with a xerox copy of my mark sheet and registration fee. My selection, however, was done on merit basis after which I was called in for a group discussion and an interview round. I was issued an admission notice and was required to submit all the required documents and certificates. Once I made the payment, I was supposed to report to the Principal with the admission letter for joining the course.

Our eminent team of professors has many research papers published and hold expertise in their respective fields. They prepare us for rewarding jobs in research and industry. They teach us with a motive to produce globally skilled, superior computer engineers and to inculcate ethical values in us.
