There are various departments available in the college for every student to select based on their interest. The different departments available in the college are Electrical and electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering, Civil Engineering and Computer Science engineering. Every department follows the same exam structure where final exam is conducted every semester. The final semester is conducted under the Anna university. Question papers and Exam results are being published by the Anna university.

This placement department of the college undertakes many activities to achieve the desired results and set targets. It conducts Pre-Placement Test in each and every department which contains the rounds of Aptitude, Technical, Group Discussion and Mock Interview. These are mostly given to students in the final year.
