Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is a combination of theoretical and practical subjects, with electives in certain semesters. The exams are held at the end of each semester, there are total 8 of them. Mid semester test and practicals too take place, which aren't that hectic.
Placement Experience
Various soft skills training and interview training is given to students to improve their skills and confidence. Campus recruitment drive is conducted for the final year students where companies such as wipro, BMW, Tata steel, etc. are invited.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college charges Rs. 2 lacs as fees for providing education to B.E. students. It is pretty feasible amount as compared to prices charged by other colleges. Although, for students opting for hostel facility, charges may differ.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities helps in personality development of students and therefore the college promotes a lot of them such as sports day, NCC, NSS, cultural day, etc and also encourages students to participate in them.
Hostel Facilities
Students can avail the hostel facility, however there are only a few i.e., 300 beds for men and 100 beds for women. Facilities such as tubelight, proper beds, cupboards, power supply, stationary shops are also made available.
Admission
65% of seat is filled via TNEA examination and rest via management quota.Students are eligible for admission based on their course and also their minimum eligibility criteria i.e., they have secured 50% (for OC students) with main subjects being maths, physics and chemistry.
Faculty
College has recruited faculties who are experienced as well as educated in their respective fields. They are very much interested in teaching their respective subjects to the students and also help them when needed.
