Remarks

The positive facilities of our college includes the presence of auditorium, gym, playground, library or reading room, mobile dental van, dental camps and also emergency services. There is a huge presence of sports activity for the development of the physique of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum at our government college is very detailed. The academic calendar is also very less stressful. There are examinations at regular intervals so that the students feel no pressure on themselves. All of the procedures related to the examinations are undertaken by the faculty with the view that the students do not face any stress.

Placement Experience

There are many chances of getting placements if you are graduating from this college because of the availability of a hospital attached with the college. Mostly the students of our college get placed in the hospital that the college owns.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total duration of The bachelors of dental surgery course is around of 4 years. The first year fee of the course is 55000. The second year fee of the course is 52790. The 3rd year fee of the course is 57680 rupees. Last but not the least fourth year fee of the course is around 62998 rupees. That makes the grand total of The bachelors of dental surgery program of around 2.3 lakh.

Campus Life

The celebration of different extra curricular activities are a regular thing at our college. There are republic day, Independence day, Maharashtra day, sports day, scientific day, oral hygiene day, teachers' day, dussehra, Ganesh chaturthi, Diwali, freshers party, iftar party, Christmas party and new year party has been kept for the development of the social characteristics of the students.

Hostel Facilities

There are two separate hostels for both boys and girls. Both of the hostels can accommodate upto 250 students. The facilities of the hostels includes separate reading rooms for boys and girls, a solar system room, separate mess for both boys and girls and a guest room. There are many social functions celebrated in the hostels.

Admission

To get admission in the government Dental College of Mumbai, we first had to go through an entrance exam which is known as the NEET exam. The students are only applicable if they get a valid score in the entrance exam. Luckily, I got the valid score and also got my admission confirm after paying my fee at the college campus.

if I talk about my personal experience then the teachers are very well trained about the courses that they teach. Every teacher is unique in his or her own way. The way of teaching certain subjects of the teachers is very detailed. All of the teachers are very well spoken towards the students of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always wanted to get admission to this course. The college has 5 faculty for 100 students which is enough for us. Every faculty has done Postgraduate or PhD. Due to pandemics, our exams are not properly done. We have to face some kind of difficulty to pass the exam.

Admission:

My admission in to the college was through my NEET score. NEET is led in the long stretch of may and the outcomes are out by mid june. I scored 400 in NEET and applied for counseling process. At that point I got this college in my directing and proceeded for the admission procedure.

Entrance Preview:

I always wanted to be a doctor. I mean MBBS and not a dentist. I gave all entrance examinations govt, all india CET and there is one more CET called associate CET which is there only for private colleges i scored 124/200 in that exam. Which was very less. Thus took a BDS course. In the first round i did not get in any of the colleages.
