The college is full of different initiatives which are created by the Alumni and also the faculty of the college. A new initiative has launched recently which is known as the youth for work through which the students will get a chance to showcase their talent. The presence of women grievance cells and anti-ragging cells make the college of very healthy environment.
Course Curriculum Overview
In our college for the MBA course there are various streams which are provided for the specialisation of the students. The streams include marketing, financial management, information technology, operations management, human resource management, Supply Chain Management, Services management, Retail management etc. Also the courses are up to date as per the the new standards of the Indian businesses.
Placement Experience
The placement process at our college is very easy. First the initial interview will take place then if you are selected in the initial interview, the final interview will take place. A list of the selected candidates is prepared. Documents verification will take place then you will be provided with the offer and finally you will join the formalities of the recruiters. Some of the recruiters of our college are Coca-Cola, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, Videocon, CNN, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, Vodafone, IndiaMART.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fee of the MBA course is around 2.3 lakh. In the first year you have to pay an amount of 1.18 lacs and in the second year the fee is less which is 1.8 lakh. The overall money of the MBA course is average according to all of the other big MBA colleges in India.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities at our college includes industrial visits, workshops. Also, sometimes sports facilities are also provided at our college. Indoor games like table tennis, badminton, lawn tennis, basketball court and a swimming pool is also provided. A women grievance cell and anti-ragging cell is present too for the healthy environment.
Hostel Facilities
The college provides hostel facilities on a First Come First serve basis but the preference are given to first year students and also to the female students of the college. The hostel fees around 22000, hostel deposit is 1000, the mess deposit is 1000. Both of the deposits are refundable. The membership fee is 200 rupees. The total hostel fees yearly is 24200 rupees.
Admission
The first and foremost eligibility criteria to get admission in MBA in this college is the availability of a bachelor's degree such as BCom, BBA. The other eligibility criteria is that you must have passed at least one entrance exam for the the masters of business association course. The entrance exams include DTE CET, CMAT and AICTE. I first gave my entrance exam of CMAT, I got a valid score and applied for the admission.
Faculty
Every teacher and professor that I have met in the last one year of my course is very friendly towards me. I can still go up to any teacher and ask for help without getting uncomfortable. The teachers have provided me with detailed notes and also trustworthy lectures.
