Remarks

I completed my B. Pharma from RBVRR Women's College of Pharmacy. I enjoyed the whole course duration, it was quite fun and knowledgable for me. I was inspired by some the teachers there and some seniors also, who were quite supportive to us.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is, as prescribed by JNTUH. The course covers all the essentials needed for good drug production, analysis and diagnosis of diseases. Hands-on experience is also incorporated in the course to ensure good practical knowledge in students. Apart from university exams, the college also holds internal examinations throughout the course.

Placement Experience

3.5

Many students were placed both on-campus and off-campus. Some companies like Apollo Pharmacy, Doctus data services Pvt. Ltd and GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals also visited our college for campus placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for B.Pharma is quite feasible, being Rs. 50,000 charged yearly. The total fee sums up to Rs. 2,00,000 for complete course duration. One can also avail different concessions available with the college.

Campus Life

4

The college has well maintained IT and Pharmaceutical labs so that students can experiment and learn different technologies with ease. The college library is well-eqipped with a wide variety of pf books which can be required for students for learning and research purposes.

Hostel Facilities

4

The college has a hostel for girls for students coming from far away places, and need to be applied for, at the admission time. The hostel has a good dining hall, a library and a common equipped with indoor sports equipment and a Television. The hostel also has a gym in it.

Admission

The college takes admission is done through EAMCET, which is a state-level entrance exam for taking admission in most of the colleges under JNTUH. So, I appeared for the exam and luckily got the seat for B.Pharma in RBVRR college. Afterwards, I had to visit the college to complete my admission process to reserve my seat.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is a quite good, well-qualified and skilled group of pharmacists. They also supported our curious parts and helped us learn different types of techniques. The teachers were pretty strict but also quite friendly and supportive of us.

Other options include roles in retail pharmacy chains like Apollo Pharmacy and MedPlus, and in government organizations like the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO). The highest package of ?20-25 LPA or even higher for experienced or specialized roles, though fresher salaries are significantly lower.
