There are specialized courses offered for medical students from graduation to PhDs. There are various streams for post basic diplomas in nursing is well. Keeping in mind the higher studies of medical stream M.Sc. and PhD is included in the course structure.

The job opportunities are good as the Apollo group of Hospitals directly offers job placement to the qualified students from their own college. If you are willing to take up any other platform to work, you can still go for internships at their hospitals for a great experience and some stipend as well.

There are numerous events organised from time to time for the extracurricular and professional development of the students. An international conference is composed every year giving students vast knowledge. A number of quizzes, seminars and workshops are placed for the overall growth of the student.

The fees are ranging from Rs. 50,000 for the one-year diploma to Rs. 140,000 for M.Sc. The bachelors for the same costs Rs. 120,000. The most basic bachelor of nursing which is of 2 year can be completed in Rs. 90,000

The students belonging to reservation categories SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC population shall approach for scholarships given from District Adi Dravida Tribal Welfare Department and District Backward Classes & Minority Welfare Department, Thiruvalloor. The crucial information to be provided in the Application Form for the same shall be broadcasted by the College to the above councils on the proposal. The same method shall pertain for students striving an educational loan from any of the national banks.

There are regular extracurricular activities going around in the college. The NSS, Student Nurses Association and Youth Red Cross organise various sports events along with intercollegiate events, competitions, exhibitions me many development programs. Sports like Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Long Jump, High Jump are outdoor games and chess, carrom table tennis is indoor games organised in the college.

The boardinghouse block built-in global mode lives as a unique configuration in the entire campus is a home away from home for female students. The hostel gives outstanding living rooms, sports facilities, hygienic facilities and decent water supply for every time if the day.

An alumni association is formed to stimulate, strengthen and foster fraternity among the past students of Apollo College of Nursing. The alumni reunions, workshops are organised for the same and regular newsletters through websites are published.

The application process is easy. The application form can be downloaded from internet and submitted online. The entrance exam requires preparation and can't be qualified by all. The education qualification is similar as required in medical field, +2 or equivalent qualification with science subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany nd Zoology.

The faculty is well qualified and trained. There are teachers who have experience in their field and have been working in the medical line is well. The qualifications are up to PhD, making sure none of the questions is left unanswered. The staff is also very supportive and friendly.
