A good college where the department of Computer science and Engineering has a great vision of producing intellectual Engineers and the faculty members with their dedication and hard work are making all efforts in shaping the future of their students.

The Computer science and Engineering department was established in 2010 with the first batch of 60 students.With all the state of the art facilities the course offered by the department provide to its students a real time experience on tools to handle the most demanding aspects of information systems and a solid technical background.

The key role of the placement cell is to groom its students in areas like soft skills, interview facing skills, behavioral skills hereby making them industry-fit. Recent years have witnessed some well known recruitment companies walking in and being invited for campus placements.

All festivals and National Holidays are celebrated with great fervour. Inspite the fact that Engineering is tough but college life is fun and has its own charm. Every year in the month of January The college hosts Students Day to showcase their artistic skills and co-curricular talents. The ON stage events like Dance, Light Music (Vocal and Instrumental), are conducted both for boys and girls. Apart from these other events on the day of Independence day, Republic day, Pongal, Diwali are also Celebrated. Some other events like Speech competition, Drawing, Rangoli, Essay competition & Tug of war, etc are conducted.

B.E in Computer Science and Engineering is a 4 years course and the fees for each year is 50,000/- So the Total Tuition fees for 4 years is 2 Lakhs for the regular course in the General category. The students under the Management quota will have to pay 80,000/- each year with the Total Course fees amounting to Rs.3.2 Lakhs

The sprawling campus building is a self-sufficient enclave with black-topped, well-lit roads. Separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls with safe drinking water with RO plant in the whole campus is available. Maintaining a clean environment is the top priority which they rightly do so with facilities of a hygienic Canteen catering to the needs of all the students and the staff, STD/ISD pay Phones, a Bookstore for all kinds of Textbooks and Stationery, Courier Service, essential services like post office and Indian Bank are also available at the campus for the students. Ultra modern Gym and Standby power generators are provided in the Institute, hostels and the well-maintained gardens

Formerly, Anna University used to conduct an examination for TNEA to offer admission to the deserving candidates. But since the last few years, no entrance examination is conducted for TNEA. The procedure for admission has become very simple. The steps are listed below: • Interested and eligible candidates need to register themselves and submit their application form. • The university itself scrutinizes the application forms. • The university publishes a merit/rank list after studying all the application forms. • Selected candidates are called for counselling by the university. They need to download their counselling call letter from the official website for TNEA 2020. • Through single window counselling, candidates are offered admission to the various engineering colleges of Tamil Nadu. Candidates who score well in their XII board examination have higher chances of getting admission in a right college through TNEA 2020.

All the faculty members of the Institute of all the departments are well qualified, experienced and very supportive and always willing to impart Knowledge and skills emphasizing on all round development so as to prepare them to undertake bigger challenges and responsibilities in life.
