College engineering experience

Good was the independence bad staffings no proper lab equipment soscillation of principals no proper food no proper sports.

This college does not need any exams to GAT in it is affiliated to anna university. Can get in to this college by counseling have to buy the counseling application form for 500rs from anna university and attend the counseling and select this college. I chose this mechanical engineering is because i am interested in mechanical machines manufacturing and robotics.

The mechanical engineering course curriculum consists of all engineering subjects such as total quality management, electrical drives and control, advanced ic engines, heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, finite element analysis, mathematics, technical english, computer aided and drafting, engineering graphics, etc.

The placement and job opportunities was not upto the mark only few companies came that too was local bpo companies some hcl and dell recruited only the toppers in the collegeno proper placement and training.

Only few events happened in my collegesome are jade riot national level technical symposium,diesel engine workshop by kubota,rc cars workshop by aiser.

Fees structure is according to anna university only 37500 monthly canteen fees too expensive and not worthbus fees also was high 20000 exam fees per subject 100 reevaluation 400.

The government organized scholarship for sc and mbc and scholarship for first engineer in the family and for the farmer sonother than that no good scholarship was given by the college to the students.

No gender ratios was in this college it was good. No such hostel parties, worshops was not interesting,no culturals was happening,no extra activities was encouraged, no sports day in college.

it was a third gradenot fully constructedfood is not on time and not goodnot tasty and limited non vegetarian food only

Nothing like that. no proper alumni for the past students and mostly no grand convocation also. No such alumni for students and there is no such organisation also was initiated.

According to anna university exam patterns only some unit test were conductedmonthly test and revision test practical test.

The faculty of my college was not upto the mark. Because the staffs appointed was a fresher and not experienced . They were not confident in teaching. The office faculty was full of non professionals and unexperieced.
