My College Review

The course curriculum was updated as per the industry standards and latest trends running across the corporate. We learned about organizational behavior, financial management, market research, and whatnot. Most of our teaching was case study-oriented.

Our college has a dedicated placement cell, which caters to the placement need of the students. In addition to that, they also help the students with the Internship process. Students get to avail of the benefit of placement drive where companies from different domain visits for recruitment purposes. Being from the financial background, companies that are on top of my mind are Amazon, Flipkart, Cadbury, IBM, etc.

Campus life was pretty exciting in our college. We attended numerous guest lectures and workshops, etc. Apart from that cultural fests were also pretty good. Sports day was also celebrated once every year, where students who excel in sports activities are awarded.

My annual fee was 1.35 lacs, while for the second year I paid around 1.25 lacs. In total, I ended up paying around 2.6 lacs for my 2 year Masters program which is not bad. This fee includes tuition fees, registration fees, library fees, etc. College also offers fee relaxation for the students in need.

Scholarship options are available for the students from the financially weaker background, for which they have to present the relevant documents. One other category for a scholarship is the 'only girl child' which one of my friends availed and got a heavy fee relaxation.

I visited the college and bought the application form and filled all the details along with my entrance test score. I got a call from the college and attended the counseling process which consisted of a group discussion and basic interview and some formal document verification. After successful verification, I paid the fee.

Faculty was very qualified and had industry experience of more than 10 years. The quality of teaching was exceptional and the support and guidance we received from them were precious. All of the guest faculty was also good and insightful. We learned a lot from them, especially the guest lecture on the impact of GST on the Import and Export industry.
