Remarks
I did a post-graduate diploma in media management which is a specialized program. I will definitely recommend the college to anyone who is seeking an MBA in a specific sector, that too in a rapidly fast manner. I learned a lot and it gave me a strategic boost to my career.
Course Curriculum Overview
What sets apart the term with a mix of quizzes, class participation, active involvement in projects, frequently bringing external speakers for lectures - one is expected to study hard early on, right until the end of the term. My specialization was media planning. The internship was a mandatory part of our curriculum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for first-year was 6 lacs which included my tuition fee, registration fee, etc. Our college provides many facilities ranging from a fully stocked library, audio-visual enabled auditorium. That was another reason why I opted for this particular college.
Campus Life
There are a lot of extracurricular activities happening on campus. Many festive celebrations and inter-house competitions are also organized in our college, which is essential for the overall development of a student. I miss the old rooms more and the seniors who were always a knock away. NIA is an experience that I hope people reading this review would get to experience someday because it's magical.
Admission
The fee structure was very apt and in line with the recommendations of UGC. The admission is on the basis of marks obtained in the graduation and a merit list is prepared on those bases. After which students are invited for a counseling round featuring an interview round. All in all, the admission process was pretty smooth.
Faculty
We had the honor of studying from a bunch of highly qualified faculty of our college. They believe in motivating students for taking up entrepreneurship. This alone should be enough to substantiate the credibility of orthodox, yet innovative teaching which we received.
