Good college for aircarft Maintenanace engineering

The college is overall good but I have suggestion that it must upgrade its infrastructure as we had mutiple places in terms of having classes. We had attended classes in different building located across different locations in the city. The main building was only meant for freshers.

Always note that it is a license based course and this course comprises a minimum of 3 licenses within 3 years of course. Each year you have to go through two semesters each and each semester will have at least 7-8 subjects, in which you have to score a minimum of 80% to pass. Each subject comprises both practical and theory. Before each semester there will be pre-semester that you need to clear. Each subject will be based on the practical that you will have to perform either on live aircrafts or in college campus. The campus also has a dummy aircrafts that gives a complete look and feel of the training.

Yes, the college provides an internship where you can work on live aircrafts, such as aircarfts kept in hangers. You will also get placed once you complete enough experience working with live mechanics and systems of the aircraft and must have acquired all the licenses of it.

This college celebrates all the major events such as Annual Day, Republic Day, Independence Day, Vishwakarma Puja, etc. They also arrange technical workshops by calling technical people from the industry. They also provide industrial visit. All the celebrations are celebrated as huge level that even they have invited cheif minister of the state in their annual function.

Fees is as per market standard and feasible. At least 2 lakhs would be required for fees and other expenses. Fees comprises turion fees, lab fees, uniform fees, book fees, etc. For any other requirements you have to buy your own.

college has a tie up with many banks. You can get the loans very easy in this college. All major banks covers eductional loan for this course and college. Also, college provides scholarship for meritorious students.

They have good facilities in terms of lab and they also celebrate annual sports day. All the labs are updated and all major sports equipment to practise. Since its a co-eductional institution, both boys and girls actively participate in the same.

I have regular interactions with alumni and seniors. They were very helpful during early phase of the career to identify the career opportunities after the course. We also had batch meet-up with all the seniors and juniors together.

I was passionate about aircrafts. How does it fly and the mechanics behind it. So, I enquired about such colleges and found my college to be one of the top for aeronautics situated in airport vicinity that gives live experiences also.

Faculties are best here as each of them has huge experience either working on live aircarft or as a instructor. For being a faculty in this college, each instructor must have all the licenses cleared and huge teaching experience.
