Best fast track course for event management

My experience with the NIEM was pretty good. For the limited time I was there I was on a learning endeavour, and gained a lot about my industry and learned little tricks to probe the market. I will definitely back my college, especially for academics and the faculty support I got their.

Course curriculum was pretty good and thorough. Students stand to gain a lot from this course. My family was into the event management business itself. The course curriculum made me capable enough to handle the business and expand our reach. Exams were held at the end of the course and certification is provided on the basis of exam result only.

Placements are just decent for the diploma holders. Though some companies recruit students for a number of profiles, more or less the package offered was not good enough. Students are recruited for the profile of the front desk or mostly for the catering jobs.

Fee structure was pretty feasible. For the entire 11 months program our total fee was around 80k, which is pretty good depending upon the purpose for which you are pursuing this diploma. You stand to gain a lot for a personal venture but the placement opportunities are not that good.

Many extracurricular activities are including workshops on event management, marketing tricks, advertising, etc. and what not. Advertising workshop which I attended was an eye opener, where we learned about the art of targeting a right type of customer.

Admission is direct in NIEM. We were offered admission after presenting our official documents related to class 12 and graduation. After the document verification, I was asked to pay the fee. Overall the entire admission process was pretty smooth.

Faculty was pretty good and very qualified. They were degree holders in their respective fields, while all of them had either industry experience or teaching experience. We connected them nicely, and I am still in touch with some of them and get in touch with them from time to time.
