My College was the best part of my life

Good remark for college is that they have very good and well-trained faculties and they take feedback every month from us to improve their services. I will give bad remark to the management of our college who fails to organise some things which lowers the rank in some cases.

The course curriculum was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We are though very clearly and perfectly with theory and practical training. And we got the opportunity for site visit twice in the semester and also visited RMC plants and many other industries during our academic period.

L&T, UNIQUE BULIDAERS, ASHADEEP CONSTRUCTION, HP, PINNACLE, AASH FINANCE and many more visited in our college for placement. All companies set criteria of 70% for the presence in the selection process. Some also give the chance to attend the process who have 60% or above. All the students were selected for the summer internship according to university rule and we were checked that were we working and attending the internship or not.

Every year in the month of February, Annual event was celebrated on our campus. It was 7 days event in which sports activities, and knowledge games and also talent games were arranged. And a special celebrity night was also organised for the students. In the event, other institutes of the city were invited to participate and the winners were rewarded too. The event was full of enthusiasm and full of enjoyment.

Fee Structure was very well decided and it can be afforded by middel class people. And scholarship was also provided for the Meritorious students and also for lower cast people. We were given appropriate time to pay the fee and the way for pay the fee was very easy. We can deposit the fee directly to bank account of the instruction or we can pay fee online via Paytm and we can swipe card or give cheque.

Yes, the college offers the scholarship to high rank students. And I was selected for the scholarship in 1st year and they give me 25% discount on my annual course fee. Eligibility criteria was very simple that the student who get 85% in the year and have maximum attendence in the batch was selected for the scholarship. On the basis of academic score and attendance basis the students were selected for the scholarship.

Our college has a male gender more than female genders. But we don't give minus point for it. Workshops were organised from time to time for the college students and sometimes for other students too. Other colleges students were charged for the workshop but that amount was used to welcome them and give them the best experience. There were no religious factor in our college and students were never been judged according to their religion or cast.

Alumni network was not very good. We did not meet any alumni till the third year of our course but in final year we got the chance to meet them. But our seniors were very good in nature and they always helped us for the study and being settled in campus too.

I chose this course because civil engineer plays an important role in the development of infrastructure of the country and I want to be part of this or construction field is a practical field which I like most. Admission procedure was very simple. I visited the campus and gave an interview then I was selected for the admission and then I filled the admission form and I deposited my 1st instalment with admission fee and security deposit after verifying my original documents.

6 lectures each of 60 minutes in a day were scheduled and daily 2 hours for the practical lab were selected. The faculty was well educated and perfect for training us. All were of double age than us. All the lectures were industry-relevant and all faculty have industrial experience so that they can train us better for the industry. The faculty was very polite and helpful for the education-related problems and sometimes in personal problems too.
