Remarks
I am satisfied with this fact that I chose this college to study further. Although being a distance learning college I was able to understand the subject thoroughly and I could finish my post-graduation degree very well.
Course Curriculum Overview
In MA. History the 3 years were divided into 6 semester and each semester we learned different subjects and parts related to history stream. From learning Historical events to basics and further more , We also learned about Indian and International history.
Placement Experience
The placement criteria in this college and my course were all about teaching jobs, NGOs and Government organisations. The faculty here helped the students to build their curriculum vitae and enhance their interview skills.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Generally, in the Master's program, the fee is expensive as the program required a lot of references and concentration. But pursuing the same from this college that too from distance education portal it became easy for the students to pay the fees. The amount I paid during my MA. history period was only Rs 10,550/-.
Campus Life
The college indulged the students to learn more about ICT and society, and the history related seminars and events so that each of us can enhance our subject knowledge. Apart from this, the college also had a library system where we could issue books, read and study.
Admission
I completed my BA. History from a regular college after that I started working but eventually I was more inclined towards pursuing further studies so I took direct admission in MA. history from this college so that I could continue with my job as well.
Faculty
In distance education, the professors allocated are very good and contain in-depth knowledge about the subject. The history faculty allocated to us during each semester was different and most of them were teaching in some private universities.
