No. There is not any negative remarks. But there are some things in which they want rise to a better stand. Things like a spacious lab, a better canteen, improved tracks and field, less strictness, etc
Course Curriculum Overview :
Graduation in physics was my ambition and I believe this college have bestest infrastructure for physical science. The college is affiliated to Calicut University which is one of the universities in India which provides high quality of education.
Placement Experience :
No. There isn't any placements or job oppurtunities provided by the college. But interships were provided by some departments like Bsc.Food Technology, BA Mass Com,etc. Don't know much about their experience and stipends.
College Events :
There are so many festives celeberated in our college. We celeberate every festivals in harmony and secular. Apart from festives there held Union Day, College Day, Arts and Sports, Farewell programs and so on.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The college is a government aided college so obviously no one has to pay any fee for studying here (if admitted based on merit). Still there are some exam fee and lab fee which will be less than 5k per year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college will provide all the scholarships offered by central government and state goverment. There are scholarships like E-grant, Post-Metric, Minority scholarship, etc. The eligible pupil can apply online and submit the records to college.
Campus Life :
The college is renowned in arts and sports competitions. The college have an unbreakable record in wrestling, judo, etc. Lab facilities are satisfactory but still need more equipments and space for better research programs.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I was a day scholar. There are seperate boys hostel and girls hostel. I won't recommend hostel to anyone because its not that much good. But the locality is fine and you will get many rooms and houses for rent.
Alumni/Alumna :
The Alumni group is active and effective. They undertake any needful amenities put forward by the staffs and management. They are very helpful in many ways. Senior students are of different types like bit rash, amiable and both.
Admission :
Merit based cutoff and allotments. First apply in the single window process. The application short list us based on our marks. After this there 4 rounds of allotments announces in four different dates. Check the website if we are alloted or not.
Faculty :
The faculties here are not that much experinced ones still most of them passed National Eligibility Test and have Junior Research Fellowship. They surely will surpass to a excellent department in near future. They are teachers with great potential.
