Remarks

The College infrastructure is not great.but still cannot expect more as it's a government medical college The hostel facility for the students is not so well. Hence the Freshers have to bear the brunt of paying high amount as rent to stay in pgs.

Course Curriculum Overview

According to new curriculum the MBBS is of 5.5 years which includes 4.5 years of college + 1 year of internship. Intotal there are 9 semesters. The first year of the college is of 1.5 years whereas 2nd 3rd and final year is of 1 year. At the end of every semester which is of 6 months there is a term end exam. At the end of each year there an yearly university exam Before the university exam there is a preliminary exam for which the pattern is similar to university exam.

Placement Experience

Placement chances are very high. As the demand of the doctors is very high in the country it's not difficult for a doctor graduating from such a reputed college to get a job. There is one year compulsory internship at the end of 4.5 years Stipend for the same 11,000 rupees

College Events

The events in the college are as follows:- 1. Slice and spice - it's a 3 day welcome event for the first years 2. Trinity - an international medical conference 3. Ashwamedh - it's a 4 day college fest with various competitive evens like dance fashion show etc. 4. Eupraxia - it's college sports competition

Fee Structure And Facilities

The per year fees of the college is 68,500 rupees which is to be paid in the form of demand draft in the starting of the every year The fee structure is higher compared to other medical government colleges but it's still feasible when comes in the comparison to private medical colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no as such scholarship offered by the college to the students But there is a scholarship which a student can avail the Tata scholarship but the required criteria for the same is more than 75 percentage of marks in the university exam.

Campus Life

The college encourages participates in various Extracurricular activities like dance fashion show etc. Which is also held as an intercollegiate competition. Labs are well equipped and are easily accessible to the student

Alumni/Alumna

The senior students are very helpful when it comes to academics as well personal works. No matter what time it is they stand to help you. it's like a home away from home. They guide you in the academics.

Admission

It's a government medical college , hence the admission to the college is through an all India level entrance examination. The name of the examination is NEET which is a mcq based examination of 720 marks. A student must have passed his/ her 12th for the admission into the college and also should be 18 or above. After the declaration of the result based on your rank the college is alloted. There are two types of allotment based on all India level rank and state rank. State allotment is for only the who people who have the domicile of Maharashtra.

The faculties at extremely good each specialising in their fields. They are very helpful. The teacher along with academic activities they also are enthusiastic to help in other circular activities.
