An Honest Review !

I have given all my necessary views and opinions about my college and expressed my feelings in above mentioned points.All in all It is a 70% good and 30% bad college.

It is affiliated from Punjab University, Chandigarh.In whole UG Course of 3 years there would be 6 semesters each would be of 6 months. In each semester after 3 months approximately there is a MID-SEM test On basis of which your CCE out of 20 marks is provided.

There are no efforts on the part of college to provide you placements. But a seperate notice board has been made so that the interested firms or companies or industries may put on their templates for the same. No Internships are there at all in the college.

There are not a lot of events In the College. No freshers and Valediction for UG Programmes. But Yaa, A marketing Fest , an amazing experience where many students can make thier on crafts ,food supplies,etc etc and sell them and earn money. Youth Fest is an integral part of the college.Debate, Elocution, Poster Making, Rangoli,Poem Recitation,Poem writing,Bhangra,Giddha,Classical ,Folk dance,Luddi, Bhangra, NSS NCC and A Red Ribbon Club etc and many more

It is less than normal. admission fees is 10 and tuition fees is 12 per month i.e 144 per year. and miscellaneous fees is 8624 of an year that too is not of college it is charged by Punjab University.

Ya there are a lot of scholarship s Available in d college. Scholarship for Minorities, Schedule caste, Backward Caste etc. and ya Scholarship are available for General students also who score more than 80%.

Labs ,Sports ,NCC training ,NSS camps,Time to Time various seminars and Red Ribbon Clubs, Blood Donation Camps Career Counselling Campaigns are also there. Some are extremely amazing as they enhance capabilities of an individual.and moreover students get an exposure.

I have not opted the Hostel Facilities. but hostels are available for both boys and girls.the college has an open gate facilities.

Senior students are very helpful and cooperative But again, how a senior treats you depends directly on the student himself. I don't know much about the alumni network of my colllege.

You have to get high scores in your 12th exams to get admission in this college. And after the declaration of result you have to get registered on SCD govt college,Ludhiana's official website. And then login and fill your Details and complete the application form.Its a boys College and Girls can only apply In Post graduation and also for B.Sc in Undergraduation. After then on a date fixed earlier A waiting list would be published and after 2-3 days a final list (date fixed earlier) will be Hang on Notice board of college ! You r supposed to go with your original documents and if you got your name in list then on their announcement Go get verified the documents and you r admitted. You have to pay ur fees online(on college website) and after paying fees in 2-3 days you'll get ur roll no.

The college faculty is Not fully good. If you are a son of a high positioned Person, then you are well and good and if you are not one of these no one's gonna hear you.Though Some professors are quite cooperative.
