College memories

Negative remark is there is no Freedom in the college i.e they don't allow a boy and a girl to talk closely,to be friends and there is a cast feeling shown in every corner of the college. There is no positive I have seen in the college not even in the students.

The exam structure is completely based on the jawaharlal Nehru technological university-kakinada The exam structure is not similar all the time.It differs from regulation to regulation.For every three years there will be a regulation change. For example,the R13 regulation batch of from 2014-2019 and the R16 batch is for the students who are admitted in the year 2016-2019 When it comes to exam structure,for the exam structure for R13 regulation,the students have the option to leave the second mid examination if they have sufficient internal marks in the first mid exam.The semester exam paper is for 70 marks and the remaining 30 marks is for internal marks.The internal marks are divided into categories 15 for the mid exam 10 online(20 bits each contains 1/2 mark) test conducted by the university 5 for the assignments. During semester exams if they fail in any subject they have chance to add grace marks (9 marks divided for three subjects). But for R16 regulation,it is mandatory for the students to write both the mid examination.The average is calculated for the internal marks.And they have to pass all the subjects to clear the semester.They don't have the option of adding grace marks. The pass mark for semester exams for all regulations is 24 And 16 is the pass mark for internals.

There are no placements done in our college and it does not provide any internship.But there are students got placed in different companies with the help of our placement officer outside the college.Some work in TCS ,one person got placed on his own talent in Apple company.

The mostly celebrated event in our is college fest.we celebrate it for two days.The first it is completely technical day, where each branch conducts technical events related to the branch.And second day we have cultural nights.We invite almost 200 colleges to the fest.Abd there will be a special guest invited for the cultural night.

For the students who got good ranking in the entrance exam they need not pay any fee. The fee structure is feasible for all the students.They won't charge any donations for providing the management seats.The also have the scholarship option.

There is no loan facility offered by the college.They provide scholarship for the students which is funded by the government.If the management feel that the student is capable enough to study b.tech,they provide free seat for the student.The student need to pay exam fee only.

There is a boys cricket team in our college which has won the cup of D-zone.The competition will be between the college which come under the D-zone atmost there are 39 colleges.The labs are very convenient for the students to work experiments.

Hostel rooms are so conjugated.Facilities they provide are 1.hot water 2.english and Telugu newspaper 3.telivision Each room contains 5/6 beds The fee structure differs from student to student. They don't have air conditioning rooms.

Senior students are more helpful than the faculty.They guide us in a proper way.In many situations they support us with the faculty.Being friendly, respecting seniors helped us a lot.They did not rag any student who respected them.

I got admission in this college through the reference by my brother There are two ways to get admission 1.through the entrance exam 2.by reference 1.write the eamcet exam conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh.At the time of counselling select the college name in the website. 2.Take the original certificates and go to your reference person,they will complete the remaining process.

It has both good as well as bad faculty.Good in the sense who teaches properly, maintains good realtion with the students, doesn't see any difference between girls and boys. Bad in the sense who always thinks in an improper manner i.e they can't see the friendship between a girl and boy and imagines there is something between these two people other than friendship.
