Course Curriculum Overview
B.Pharm is a four year degree course designed to give knowledge and experimental skills regarding all aspects of drugs. This course comprises of various subjects to give the knowledge and practical skills regarding drugs and including eight semesters.
Placement Experience
Campus placements program by Phenomenex takes place to provide jobs to the students who are job aspirants. TASK- Hire Meet - 7digit score assessment program also takes place for providing fast jobs to those final year students who are job aspirants.
College Events
Orientation sessions for Pharm.D and B.Pharm are conducted. Important lectures, events and seminars are also conducted as and when required. Other than that, Fresher's day is celebrated as well as Farewell day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure for the students of Bachelor of Pharmacy is approximately 50000 to 1lakh per year and for is different for the students who are studying Masters. The fees is expensive but keeping in mind that the college provides all the facilities that a college student requires and the best possible education, the fees is justified.
Campus Life
There are six classrooms for Bachelor of Pharmacy. And a library well equipped with necessary books and internet facility. There is also an animal house to look after the animals with a veterian doctor.
Hostel Facilities
No. I haven't applied for the hostel facility as my home is very near to my college. According to the knowledge gained, the college provides hostels for boys and girls separately with the facility of good food, clean and safe water for drinking and electricity.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network is very strong and wide. Registration and life membership of Rs.1000/- needs to paid by the Indian students and $50 for the foreign students and annual membership needs to paid for a life time member.
Admission
An entrance exam called TSEAMCET is conducted every year in the month of April/May by the state government. The students are given rank based on the marks obtained in the test and in the 10+2 examination or equivalent. 70% seats are taken by the convenor quota and 30% by the management quota.
Faculty
Ms.Azmathunnisa Begum is the associate professor of the department of Pharmacy. Other faculty members are also skilled and qualified in this department having finished their Masters and Ph.D and strive to work hard for the upliftment of their students .
