Course Curriculum Overview

The course provides a number of degrees like Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of commerce Bachelor of science Master of arts BCA PGDCA BBA MSc The exam structure is as per the Punjab University and there are continuous internal exams.

Placement Experience

The job opportunities provided in the college is not upto the mark and the placement cell is not very active in this regard.The college needs to develop and maintain their placement cell because at the end of the day what every one wants is a descent job.

Campus Life

There are many cultural activities and sports like Cricket,Football, Hockey, Badminton, Kabaddi, Athletic and KhoKho along with inter university netball competition. The college is really active in co-curricular activities which is really needed especially in this career oriented world.They are really good and the labs are also well equipped.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities here are really good. The rooms are spacious with individual balconies with facilities of indoor games, gymnasium,LCD TV ,internet facilities and the mess also provides good quality food at a descent rate.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network here is average and some of them even come at various events to motivate us and how to steer our way through the rigorous course.Some of the seniors are really rude and that is one of the few negatives about the college.

Admission

I got admission into this college through 10+2 marks. You need to apply online in the admission portal and pay for application form and once selected you need to report to the college for verification of documents.

Faculty

The faculties are good and well trained and are expert in their respective fields.The faculty maintain a healthy relationship with their students and are like a second family away from home but being a student it is our duty to respect them.

Placement Experience:

Other department students like btec,mba,bca gets the placement but we didnt get any placement so im planning for my masters. From 2nd last semester students are eligible. Many companies like hero,banks,etc I will pursue master

Course Curriculum Overview:

Thought our session has been extended but the college must provide an academic calendars according to which they work but they don't have that . Student from another states which are far apart they face problem every time when they have to go home . College must check and correct these demerits.

Placement Experience:

On a serious note, if you choose this course, you cannot expect employment opportunities after graduation. You have to do a master's and then you can think of a lectureship or a laboratory assistant. For higher studies, you can pursue a PhD and go in the research field. But the course is not as easy as it seems, the path is very struggling and often you face failure. After the recent NMC update, the non-medical teaching staffs are limited which makes the pursuing of this course very questionable. but there are alternative course and job opportunities after graduation in other life sciences subjects. Rest, the college doesn't provide any internship in this course. You are entirely on your own risk and decisions when you enrol for this course.

CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY : A good choice

Placement Experience:

In 3 year students are eligible for placements. The highest package of engineering is 35LPA, HM is 18 LPA. Microsoft, Amazon, TAFE, IBM, Hewlett Packard etc.

Remarks:

There is gender discrimination, restrictions based on gender and most important dressing of girls and thinking of management is narrow minded. Good thing is campus life is very good. Campus is fun based and great enjoyment and building is like a palace.

Wonderful learning place

Remarks:

My college is well-equipped with all the latest and modern amenities and all the departments have a separate building for each subject. Also the fully computerized Administrative Block of the college offers e-connectivity with Principal’s office, IT Block and Library so that it can ensure coordinate working.
