Choithram College of Nursing Review

College provides excellent academic and clinical experience. Negative points are that the mess food might not be too great I can say it's a rating of 4 out of 10. They are trying to make the food better now.

Courses are awesome and interesting and at the same it's vast. There are lots of assignments,topic presentations, health educations, postings etc. There are class tests internal exams, practical exams, mid terms, and Pre University.

Our college has the best clinical experience in hospitals for all students. Students are trained to be given more importance in practical knowledge than theories. There is 1 year clinical experience after the final year if your dream is to pursue MSc as well

So many events are celebrated in our college like Republic day, Holi, Friendship day,Independence day, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Onam, Christmas, as well as various health related days like diabetes day, Aids day etc.

It's affordable for all students.They even provide scholarships for students belonging to financially backward class. U can also pay your fees in installments as well with prior permissions which so ever required.

Scholarships are always available for OBC and SC/St category as well as Christian minority. Scholarships are also provided for those students facing extreme difficulty in financial conditions. Fees can also be paid in installments.

Extracurricular activities, conferences,various awareness campaigns, flashmob and field trips also takes place. It's fun. Intercollege sports competitions also happen which gives students a platform for exhibiting their talents

Hostel does not have 24 /7 water supply in all bathrooms but yes there is an emergency pipe which has water 24/7. There is also proper fire safety and security is always available. Cctv camera outside hostel are always under surveillance

Teachers and staff at Choithram are really helpful and always guides us very well especially in practicals. They are ready to clear any doubts at any point of time and even tries to find much time for helping us with any of our programs.

First we have to give an common entrance test comprising of subjects Biology, physics, chemistry,general math and aptitude followed by an interview with our principal. Then a merit list of selected candidates would be put up.

Faculty is very trained and helping. Always there when we need their help. Guides us in outside communities posting,clinical postings , assignments, helps with topic health educations and topic presentations.
