My review about Nehru Arts And Science College

I have positive remarks about this college because in that area this college is good and have the best courses. The fees and expenses are also less. The teaching is ok and exams are little easy. Activities are conducted in good manner.

The course curriculum followed is from Bharathiar University and the course is not that much up to date but still the course offers all the basic notes and details required. And speaking about the exam structure, university exams are conducted in 6 semesters, each year 2 semesters and the college conducts internal and model examinations before each semester starts.

College doesn't provide internship. They give us leave for doing internship. College has a good placement cell where every year more number of placements are conducted, most of the placements are BPO'S, amazon and some multi national companies.

Our college has 2 inter collegiate programs named Fantabalous and Festember where celebrities come. And also all national celebrations are celebrated here equally by everyone. Festivals are celebrated grantly where sweets and food is provided.

Fees structure is feasible. It is not that much expensive. Almost all the courses have moderate fees. The fees for bba is 25000 per semester and bus fees comes around 4000rs per sem and there are some miscellaneous fees also. And fees for celebrations are also collected.

College has got some good scholarship programs and also provides loan facility to poor students. Scholarships are good with high scholarship money of around rs 1lakh and various bank loans are also provided.

Extra curricular activities are conducted on a very high level with many co curricular activities for students and speaking about the lab college has got labs for science, fashion designing and hotel management. Labs are well designed and equipped. Sports department is very active where there are many sports activities and inter college sports meet are conducted.

The alumni is very active and the seniors are very helpful. Alumini meets are conducted in grant manner. Seniors interact with us and give us tips. Alumni functions help us create more contact with seniors.

I attended a face to face interview with the principal and head of bba department and then i submitted my 10th and 12th Marksheet and along with the fees. Then i had to fill some admission documents and give the required copies.

Most of the faculties are doctorate holders, their teaching is ok, they give more print out notes and pdfs. Some teachers conduct class tests and smart class are also conducted. Teachers also conduct seminars and group discussions.
