Why remote sensing in jntu kakinada

As this is a government technical university we may expect much more while comparing to private universities,but everything has its pros and cons .u ll enjoy this if u adjust and involve to the process of study.

The main subjects are remote sensing,earthscience,and one programming subject in each semester.the actual course is for 1 year that is 2 semester ,the next and important part is industrial training or project work ,where u need to visit any institutes to learn and improve ur knowledge which u have learned in first year.This carry's credits and crucial for you improvement in the field.

There will be few placement opportunity's in software companies like TCS, wipro,cap gemini, but very few opportunities relating to remote sensing Field.but the department faculty will help in finding some opportunities in research and acedamic field.

Regularly events will be happening in the university,it is separately conducted for each department the event names are,soudha,torque,encuro,zeitgeist,for civil,mechanical,electrical,and computers department respectively

Very feasible if it is a regular admission and mostly the acedamic fee is reimbursed by government.for regular admission the fee is 1500 per semester and for management 25000 per semester other that this we need to pay examination fee of 1000 every semester

All the scholarships are provided by government,or few by government bodies .during the admission itself we can sort this out, if you are a pgcet qualified candidate you fee is reimbursed by start government and no need to worry,if you are gate qualifier u need to pay it from your stipend .

Every afternoon is opted for lab .labs are equipped with enough computers with the softwares installed in them. We will get enough time to play sports ,there are seperate grounds for volleyball cricket badminton etc.

I took hostel out side the campus there are numerous options outside the campus,many people are running the hostel and the charges are between 4000 to 6000 including food and accommodation. One can look at the option of renting and sharing the accommodation

Alumni is not that active,someone should take initiative and make it more active.there is one alumni center in the university but just for a name sake. students are also not completely bothered about alumini

Spot admission(management quota). I have not qualified gate or pgcet ,but I have an industrial experience of 1 year so I am able to join directly with out any qualification.This kind of admission happens little later after regular admissions.fee is little higher then regular it is 25000 per semester .compared to other instituted this is very less .

They are friendly,at time they are strict and hard, u ll find it difficult to go through it if ur to academic sensitive .if one is involved and attentive they may not find anything difficult.they are strict in evaluating the assignments and during exams. They expect us to show more intrest in learning things .
