I never received a degree certificate from Annamalai University. I replied. Whom should I contact to get the certificate soon?
You can get your degree certificate from Annamalai University by following the below steps.
- Fill in the Convocation form which is available on the official website.
- Attach your provisional certificate and final year marksheet with the form. You need to pay a convocation fee as well.
- Send it to the Controller of Examination, Annamalai University.

One of my friends, who is a pass out from Annamalai University faced the same thing. He called many times in the institute but there was no response and he then had to go personally visit the college.
The administration staff was unhelpful regarding the situation. He approached the department head, showed the responses, post office acknowledgment, DD details, etc., and then finally they agreed to send the degree by post. And also, he requested them to provide the acknowledgment and status of the degree and after 2 months, he received the degree.
If you want to receive the degree, take a day off and meet the department head and explain your issue. Don’t forget to get the acknowledgment. This is the only way you will receive the degree certificate.
