You can easily complete the procedure for duplicate certificates online. Follow the steps given below

Visit the official website of Mumbai University.
Create an account using your mobile number.
Log in to the website using your new user ID and password and click Higher and Technical Education Department.
Fill in the details and upload the documents.
Upload the pdf of the FIR and also mention the seat numbers of the semester on FIR.
Download Annexures A and B from the website and upload a scanned copy of your photograph and Aadhar Number/UID number to the website.
Complete the payment process.
You can now easily track the status of your mark sheet on the website.
