How are the hostels at MG University?

There are a lot of hostels around the vicinity. The food is also better compared to other parts of the country. I stayed in St. Xavier's hostel which provided homely food. The owners were also very understanding.

I highly recommend college hostel for staying because there is no ragging in the hostel and this hostel is very affordable it provide very healthy good quality meal and good service unlimited food registration process is very simple and it has no additional fee I don't recommend rented room or PG

6 sharing rooms are mostly seen. There also Exists 5,4 sharing rooms. The meals are really good as it includes chicken, beef, egg, along with vegetables curry. But as we eat for long we would feel bored. Registration for the hostel is done through college office and as of affordablility, Rs 1500 for room rent and Rs 106 for food per day. There also exist other PG s outside the college

Monthly 3250 for accomodation only we buy food from outside so it require extra amount and hostel is quite okay . There is no actual problems at all . Rooms are quite small considering of 4 members in one room.

Hostel facility is very bad. In a small room around seven of us should sleep. Meal quality and menu is also too bad. An amount of ?3000 should be given first as registration fees. Thrikkakkara cross road 10
