There are two major fest for college's side namely Hillfair (Cultural Fest in odd sem) and Nimbus (tech fest in even sem). other than that there are societies that conduct their fests. There is a large variety of books in the library related to all the fields. All the classes ae equipped with smartboards. There are alot of clubs and societies - Societies function whole year and clubs in their respective semesters
How are the hostels at NIT Hamirpur?
We get a basic room with 3-4 people sharing with basic facilites, there are no AC rooms and have common washrooms. Meal quality is good and it serves cuisines from pan india. Registration process is very simple and students are guided at every step of what needs to be done
