One of my friends has completed civil engineering from IET DAVV and she was not happy with her choice. Following are some facts shared by her which might give you a clear idea.
| Categories | IET DAVV | Ujjain Engineering College | Medi-Caps |
| Course Fee | 2.74 lakhs | 25,151 (1st year) | 4.85 lakhs |
| Highest CTC | 16 LPA | 8.2 LPA | 8 LPA |
| Average CTC | 8 LPA | 3.2 LPA | 3.5 LPA |
| Recruiting Companies | Accenture, Capgemini, etc. | HP, IBM, etc. | TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc. |
Though the performance of IET DAVV is gradually lowering, it is still the best one among the mentioned 3 colleges. Placements are better at IET DAVV than the other two. Also, IET DAVV has a locational advantage.
For CSE, VIT Pune will be better. It is among the top colleges in Pune and offers better academics and placements. The required cutoff for VIT Pune CSE is also higher compared to Medicaps University, Indore. According to the VIT Pune placement highlights, around 90% of students get placed from CSE each year. The highest CTC received by the students of the branch is around INR 25 LPA.
Medi-Caps University doesn’t offer BBA (Lateral entry). So, you can’t take admission in the second year onwards in BBA.
You can get admission to Medi-Caps BBA after completing 12th. The admission is done based on 10+2 scores. In order to be eligible, you need to have completed 12th with at least 50% aggregate in PCB.
