There are majorly 2 types of diploma courses offered by IIT Madras i.e. Diploma In Programming and Diploma in Data Science. Both the Diploma in Programming and Diploma in Data Science courses are divided into three terms, four months each, January Term, May Term, and September Term.
Each of the terms has 12 weeks of course which includes video lectures and assignments, 2 in-person invigilated quizzes, and end-term exams. You may register for up to 4 courses in each of the terms.
