YVU will conduct the counselling on January 27, 2025, for admissions into 1-year PG (Lateral Entry) programs for 2024-25. Read the article for more details.
Yogi Vemana University (YVU) is inviting applications for one-year PG programs (Lateral Entry) for the 2024-25 academic year. Admissions are open to YVU and affiliated colleges. Candidates who have completed a four-year UG degree with honors are eligible to apply.

Counselling Venue: Office of the Directorate of Admissions, Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa.
Candidates have to submit the filled-in applications along with the registration fee in the form of a Demand Draft for each course applied at the Office of Directorate of Admissions, YVU, Kadapa.
The application fee is INR 1000 for OC, INR 800 for BC, and INR 600 for SC/ST/PH candidates. The DD for the application fee must be drawn in favour of the Registrar, YVU, Kadapa on any nationalized bank payable at Kadapa.

YVU PG (Lateral Entry) Admission 2024-25 Documents Required
Candidates must produce all the original certificates at the time of counseling:
- Transfer Certificate
- Consolidated Marks Memo
- Degree Provisional Certificate
- Intermediate Marks Memo/Diploma Marks Memo
- SSC or its equivalent certificate
- Study Certificates from Class X to Degree
- Residence Certificate (in the case where the candidate has no institutionalised education) (for private candidates of AP State)
- Residence Certificate of either of the parents in AP for 10 years excluding the period of employment outside AP (for Non Local Candidates)
- Latest Valid Income Certificate or Ration Card
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
The candidates are not eligible for fee reimbursement and have to pay the course fee on the spot if they are offered a seat.
