Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE) is inviting applications for PhD programs for the academic year 2024-25. Admissions are open for full-time with stipend and part-time categories.
The PET examination will be conducted on March 22, 2025, and the results will be declared on March 26, 2025.

YCCE PhD Admission 2024-25 Application Process
All interested candidates need to submit the PhD Intent Form representing your interest for pursuing the PhD degree. No Payment is required for submission of the intent form.
- Fill the necessary personal details.
- Brief information about your area of research topic.
- Give the preferences for Supervisor from the list of Supervisors.
- All non-eligible candidates need to appear for the PET 2025 examination.
- Submit the PET examination form and fees of INR 500 for the same.
- Fill the necessary personal details.
- Select the appropriate research center from your Post Graduate
- Enter your employment and publication details.
- Enter the payment details of fees.
After making the payment, convey the details of UTR with name of candidate to Mr. Nitin Dhengre on his WhatsApp mobile number: 9823609516 and mention the subject as PET Examination Fees.
YCCE PhD Admission 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have cleared or are appearing for the PET examination of RTM Nagpur University.
- Candidates who have cleared or are appearing for the PET examination of YCCE.
- Candidates exempted from PET examination as per Direction 38 of 2024, issued by RTM Nagpur University.
YCCE PhD Admission 2024-25 Financial Assistance
- Stipend for Full-Time Scholars as per AICTE Doctoral Fellowship (ADF) 2024-25 guidelines.
- Stipend to 10 Full-Time non-GATE PhD scholars under Shri. Datta Meghe Foundation Scholarship.
- Seed Money Scheme for carrying out Research.
- Research Grant of 6 Crores from Government Funding agencies like AICTE, DST, RGSTC, etc.
