XLRI records ₹1.1 crore top package with 578 offers as 145 recruiters hire across both campuses.

XLRI – Xavier School of Management has completed the final placement process for the 2024–26 PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) batches, with participation from both Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses. A total of 576 students took part and secured 576 domestic plus two international offers from 145 recruiters.
The highest package touched ₹1.10 crore, while average and median salaries remained strong despite a tight job market. The institute also reported a high number of pre-placement offers based on internships.
The institute said the recruitment season saw strong corporate participation across consulting, BFSI, and sales & marketing roles. Companies continued to show trust in XLRI graduates, resulting in a near one-to-one offer ratio.
Around 42.5% of the batch received Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) based on their summer internship performance, which reduced pressure during the final hiring rounds.
A total of 145 organisations, including 25 first-time recruiters, visited the campuses. Recruiters came from consulting, finance, tech, e-commerce, and strategy domains.
Top recruiters included Accenture Strategy, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Amazon, Flipkart, and Google, among others.
