XLRI Jamshedpur Rolls Out 7th Batch of Executive Development Program in HR Analytics; Check Details & Enroll till May 31

New Delhi: The XLRI Jamshedpur has rolled out the 7th batch of the Executive Development Program in HR Analytics for the academic session 2024-25. The program will be conducted for 6 Months through live lectures in hybrid mode. Interested candidates can apply online for the program till May 31, 2024. 

As per the XLRI Jamshedpur, the Executive Development Program in HR Analytics will commence between June 7 and 9, 2024, on every Saturday, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.

All About XLRI EDP in HR Analytics Course

The Executive Development Program will equip HR professionals with a comprehensive understanding of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. The HR Analytics program is designed for participants who may not be proficient in maths/statistics. Illustrations will be done using SPSS primarily and through MS Excel initially. 

Further, it will help professionals use analytics as a tool to develop a deeper understanding of data, people management and find appropriate solutions to real life people’s challenges. The program participants will get to understand the holistic curriculum, a blend of case studies, projects, etc along with a real-time project work within their organization. 

Upon the payment of all due fees and meeting the attendance requirement of 75%, and fulfilling the evaluation criteria, participants will receive a certificate of completion issued by XLRI Jamshedpur. Participants who meet the attendance requirement but do not meet the evaluation criteria will receive a certificate of participation.

XLRI EDP in HR Analytics: Eligibility Criteria 

For Indian Participants:

• Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) or Diploma Degree (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline.

For International Participants:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.

Experience:

Candidates must have been a HR with a minimum of 2 years of work experience. However, non-HR professionals must have a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience.
