XLRI Jamshedpur Organised a Fire-Chat with Coca Cola CPO

New Delhi: XLRI Jamshedpur organised a Fire-Chat with Chief People Officer (CPO) of Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB), Gaurav Sharma. The event was moderated by Krishna Kashyp and Oiendrila Mukherjee from XLRl.

The fire-chat organised by XLRI Jamshedpur started with an inaugural Address by Krishna Kashyp, and the felicitation of Sharma, by the GST members.

The performance evaluation of the sales team was one of the many subjects Sharma covered. He discussed the particular difficulties faced by the beverage business, where the impulsive character of consumer behaviour makes demand forecasting difficult, and how HCCB's process-oriented measures guarantee the constant availability of their products in all markets.

In his address, Gaurav Sharma also emphasized the importance of embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion; allowing individuals to express their own points of view and how this forms an integral part of the organizational purpose.

He also discussed the significance of giving back to the society and building a sustainable future, as well as HCCB's commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR). He discussed the numerous CSR programmes run by HCCB, such as those promoting women's empowerment, environmental sustainability, water conservation, education, and community development. The speaker stressed the company's commitment to building an inclusive, sustainable future that not only resonates with its core principles but also benefits all of its stakeholders.

This was followed by a Q&A session with the audience. Sharma concluded the event by highlighting the vision and DNA of HCCB, the 26-year-old legacy of the company and how it is tailoring its way to a promising future.
