New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the XLRI Jamshedpur has successfully hosted Gaurav Sharma, Chief People Officer of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) for a fireside chat on the campus ground. The event started with an inaugural address by Krishna Kashyap.
XLRI Jamshedpur's Krishna Kashyap and Oiendrila Mukherjee moderated the event, which focused on the constantly changing field of organisational dynamics. The occasion began with a welcome speech by Krishna Kashyap and Sharma being congratulated by GST members.
Speaking on this occasion, Gaurav Sharma discussed the special difficulties faced by the beverage business, where the impulsive character of consumer behaviour makes demand forecasting particularly difficult.
In his speech, he further shared insight into how Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages' process-oriented procedures guarantee the constant availability of their products in all markets. Sharma further emphasised the value of embracing diversity, equity and inclusion as well as the necessity of allowing people to express their own opinion.
He shared that these are very essential to reach the mission of the organisation. In his speech, he underlined the need of embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as the need to let people express their own perspectives and how important this is to the organization's objective.
Sharma highlighted the 26-year history of the organisation, its DNA, and how it is shaping its path to an exciting future as he put an end to the event. After this, a question-and-answer period was held with the audience during the chatting session.
