New Delhi: Communication Club, Auracia of XLRI Jamshedpur has successfully organised the AVENSIS International CEO Conclave 2023 on November 25, 2023. The event was attended by leading business executives who shared their experiences and visions for the future with participants.

This year, the AVENSIS International Conclave was held on the theme of “Beyond Boundaries: Sustain, Innovate & Transform”, which demonstrates the essential need for global leaders to adapt to challenges and seize emerging opportunities.

At XLRI Jamshedpur, the conclave served as a stage for recognising remarkable individuals, known as "Visionaries," who are actively shaping the future of global business.

XLRI Jamshedpur Hosts AVENSIS International Conclave

AVENSIS International Conclave 2023 began with an extravagant inauguration by Fr. Donald, Director of Finance and Dean of Academics at Xavier Institute of Management. After this, a panel discussion was held on the USMCA region, covering the intersection of Climate Policy and Corporate Leadership.

The discussion was moderated by Fr Kuruvilla Joseph Pandikattu SJ and featured leaders such as Michael Rodyniuk, President and CEO of Canadian Aviation Partners, Michael Koh, Founder and CEO of BuySellBA, and Sumeet Salwan, Co-Founder of CEO.Worked in New York.

A panel discussion was held to explore the Evolving Regulatory Landscape in APAC: CEO Compliance and Governance. The discussion featured attendees such as Charles Manuel, CEO of FreshIdeas; Ajit Stephen, CEO of Centelon; Anant Sahay, CEO of Lexx Technologies; and Abhishek Singh, CEO of Sawitpro.

An EMEA panel discussion was also held on “Global Shifts: Sustainability, Innovation, and Economic Power in the EMEA Region”. Speakers who attended the event included Dan LeClair, CEO of the Global Business School Network; Rajesh Gupta, CEO of Mahindra Group; Shybu Padmanabhan, CEO of Infomap Global; Rajiv Warrier, CEO of Choithrams; and Dr. Kumarshankaran Aiyar, Founder CEO of Plethora Management Solutions Fz, Lle.

The event concluded with a session on “Paper to Pixels: Digital Transformation Adoption”, featuring Craig Fernandes, CEO of Securemyscholarship; Ritesh Patel, Founder & CEO of Chrysaliis; Sanjeev Dasgupta, CEO of CapitaLand Investment India; and Rishi Mehta, President and CEO of WAISL Limited.
