Shortlisted candidates must book GD-PI slots quickly as preferred dates may fill within minutes on a first-come basis.

XLRI Interview Slot Booking Begins

XLRI started the slot booking process today on its official website. Only those candidates who submitted the SOP form by 7 PM yesterday are eligible to select their interview slots. Booking is compulsory to participate in the next admission stage.

The institute is organizing the GD-PI-WAT rounds across multiple cities, allowing candidates to choose a convenient location and date.

As per the official XLRI schedule, the GD and interview rounds will be held from February 15 to March 20. The interviews will take place in phases, and each slot has limited seats. Because of high competition, late-day slots usually fill very fast, especially during the first few minutes of booking.

How Are Slots Allotted?

XLRI follows a first-come, first-choice system. This means:

  • Early login increases chances of better dates
  • Popular cities and later dates fill quickly
  • Some slots may close within minutes

In the previous admission cycle, many candidates reported that preferred slots were booked within the first 10 minutes of opening.

Candidates applying to both Business Management (BM) and Human Resource Management (HRM) at XLRI - Xavier School of Management must book separate interview slots for each program. They are advised to select dates within the same city to avoid travel issues or overlapping schedules.

Final admission will be based on multiple factors, including XAT score, GD performance, personal interview, academic background, and work experience, with the XAT score carrying significant weightage in the overall evaluation.

To avoid missing preferred slots, candidates should keep login details ready, book immediately after the window opens, choose dates carefully, and save confirmation proof.

After the GD-PI rounds conclude, the institute will announce results, and shortlisted candidates must submit required documents and complete admission formalities within the specified timeline. Regularly checking the official website is important to stay updated on further instructions.

For complete information, candidates are advised to read the brochure available on the official website and collegedunia.com for the latest updates.
