XLRI Digital HR Transformation & AI-Driven HR Analytics Program Eligibility Criteria
The candidates interested must be eligible for the program as per the below-mentioned criteria:
- Participants from India must be graduates (10+2+3) or diploma holders (10+2+3) in any discipline from an accredited university (UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, or State Government).
- For participants from other countries, they must have graduated or earned an equivalent degree from any accredited university or institution in their nation.
- Work Experience: HR specialists who have at least four years of relevant work experience.

Candidates applying must pay an application fee at the time of registration as per the table given below:

XLRI Digital HR Transformation & AI-Driven HR Analytics Program Fee Structure
The fee structure for the program will be as per the table mentioned below:

Meeting the attendance requirement and the faculty-determined threshold scores for the evaluation component, which includes quizzes, project assignments, and end-term exams, will determine eligibility for the program. Participants who finish the same will receive a certificate of completion from XLRI. XLRI will grant a participation certificate to those who meet the attendance requirements but fail to meet the assessment standards.
